This is affecting the choices individuals make about where and how they work. In the current climate, a key concern for many businesses is staffing and attracting quality talent.
There is no difference between SMEs and big business. All are having difficulties attracting and retaining people, whether that is for a production line or for the board. Talent remains the biggest discussion point for business universally. The immediate need for everyone is to keep production going for the health of their own enterprise and to support the economic recovery. We cannot do that without the right people and the right supply chains.
