I am the Managing Partner of the Leicester office of Freeths LLP and also a member of our national management board and strategy group. I am a member of Freeths’ Dispute Resolution Team specialising in commercial litigation, to include injunction applications, contract disputes, partnership and shareholder claims. Freeths is a top 50 national law firm and together with many of my fellow Partners and colleagues I am listed as a Recommended Lawyer and recognised as Leading Individuals in Commercial Litigation by the Legal 500 (2022 edition).
I am also recognised as a Leading Individual in Chambers (2022 edition). In my role I believe it is important that I and other members of the management team take steps to define the culture of our firm and lead by example. In particular we have always been innovative and creative, best encapsulated by the phrase “Freethinking”, which one of my Partners came up with a few years ago.
