Migration from LA boosting local economy, says US property expert Stephanie Pudish
POPULATION dynamics in the United States is a constantly changing scenario and one of the most noticeable recent trends has been the movement of people from Los Angeles to Atlanta.
Stephanie Pudish, an international real estate advisor for Sotheby’s International Realty explains this new phenomenon in an exclusive interview with The Business Influencer.
“The allure of Atlanta, with its lower cost of living, growing job market, and vibrant culture, is drawing many former Angelinos to the Peach State,” says Pudish.
“This migration trend is not only altering the demographic makeup of these two major metropolitan areas but also significantly impacting real estate markets.
“As a result, real estate prices in Atlanta are experiencing a significant uptick, reflecting the influx of new residents and their housing needs.”
