I very much subscribe to the mantra that ‘leaders are readers’. We are all on a journey of self improvement and I’ve been a massive fan of self improvement, business books books and autobiographies for as long as I can remember. It’s this passion that led me to write one of my own - ‘Be More Kid’ which is all about living in the moment and rediscovering the passion for life you used to have as a child.
I qualified as a master practitioner of NLP with my co authors Mark and Nicky Taylor and one of the concepts of NLP that resonates the most is modelling. This is in essence looking at how successful people operate and modelling their behaviour - reading is a brilliant way to do this.
