Businesses across the country had no doubt planned for 2020 to be a year of bloom and growth, however many find themselves now trying to weather a severe storm.
Despite this, we can’t let the clouds of uncertainty blind us completely to the goals we had prior to the Pandemic.
Simply put, we are now faced with making a key decision - do we wait for the storm to pass, or put our feet in time and get dancing?
My advice would be to take a look at lessons learnt from previous periods of difficulty and put some moves together.
In my role as Managing Director at Guest Motors, a business which has been running for more than 100 years, I am able to draw on my own personal experience and the company’s history, which leads me to my belief that this is how we move forward.
