1. What Do You Foresee For Your Industry In 2025?

In 2025, I see the coaching and transformational business space evolving into a more immersive, personalised experience. As people seek more meaningful change, there will be a shift away from broad, one-size-fits-all programs towards more customised, high-touch coaching that speaks directly to individuals’ unique journeys and goals.

Clients aren’t just looking for guidance—they’re craving a complete reinvention that integrates all aspects of their lives, from career and relationships to wellness and personal growth. This industry will need to embrace a more holistic approach, combining elements of neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and practical business strategies.

It’s not enough to focus on just one area of a client’s life; the most impactful programs will address the whole person, aligning their head, heart, and highest self, as we do with the ReLaunch 3HQ framework. I also anticipate an increase in virtual and hybrid live events, making transformative experiences more accessible globally, while still providing those deeply personal connections that clients value.

Coaches and transformational leaders will need to continually innovate, incorporating new insights from science and technology, and creating spaces—both digital and in-person—where people can connect, grow, and truly “relaunch” themselves.

In 2025, I intend to influence the coaching and transformational business space by championing a new, holistic approach to personal and professional growth through the core principles of my 3HQ™ methodology—Head, Heart, and Highest Self. My mission is to guide individuals in aligning these three powerful aspects of themselves to unlock their true potential, not just in business, but in every area of their lives.

Through transformative experiences like immersive dinners, exclusive masterminds, and a global community of women dedicated to growth, I will create environments that empower individuals to harness their head for clarity, align their heart with passion, and activate their highest self for visionary leadership. By focusing on this holistic alignment, I aim to help people move beyond traditional business metrics and instead build lives and careers that are deeply fulfilling and impactful.

My goal is to inspire a shift in the industry—from quick-fix strategies to sustainable, soul-centred growth.
