The BBC – home to hit TV show The Apprentice – has opened up more opportunities for people to get their dream job in the creative industries and help businesses within the West Midlands find new creative and digital talent.
The BBC’s Apprentice Hub is a Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency (FJAA) where the BBC acts as the host employer, arranging work placements for apprentices with local businesses in the West Midlands. The scheme is part of the BBC’s Across the UK plans that sees the BBC investing £700 million outside London. The BBC Apprentice Hub aims to give diverse local talent the opportunity to earn while they learn, work with inspiring employers across the region and build skills to support the local economy.
