“We have some of our best ideas, bouncing off each other, when we are in the office on our own at 7.30 in the morning” – that’s the way Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, encapsulates his approach to business.
The “we” is himself, James Mattin, MD of Bond Wolfe, Craig Upton, MD of BW Media, who masterminds all social media activity, and Marcus Daly, the longstanding financial guru who watches over all things Bond Wolfe and Bassi. And, it seems, nobody across the Bond Wolfe businesses, had to be persuaded to return to the office when the pandemic lockdowns ended.
“We can work from home, but nobody choses to because there is such a buzz in the office,”
says Gurpreet.
 
While other firms have had to subliminally suggest that you need to “get in to get on”, it seems that Bond Wolfe’s leaders have created a culture of like-minded, ambitious and driven team members who just enjoy being at work.
