1. What Do You Foresee For Your Industry In 2025?
In my opinion the Business Coaching and Consulting industry will grow even more in 2025. We are living in times of great change. With the rise of AI, hard to predict financial markets, high burnout rates etc. the world of business presents quite some challenges.
Especially Entrepreneurs and leaders experience the change and it can be an emotional rollercoaster for them at times. To have such high responsibilities, trying to have a balanced family life and to take time for yourself to recharge isn’t always easy to handle. If things get challenging in life us humans start to look within and question ourselves. Like any other area in our lives, Business success starts from within.
Many leaders are currently confronted with their inner beliefs and their true purpose in life. For example that not everything is under our control and that sometimes we need to trust in the flow of life. Or not to panic under pressure and find a way to get answers from within which lead to purpose driven actions and success.
So what I foresee for 2025 is a huge growth in my industry because many entrepreneurs and leaders will see the importance of support regarding their Mental health and Mindset behind their business.
2. How Do You Intend To Influence Your Industry Next Year?
2025 will be a year of great expansion for us. Our goal is to help as many entrepreneurs and leaders to deal with challenges regarding their business as possible. Our Podcast „Bold leaders with big hearts“ just launched in which we invite high profile entrepreneurs who share their secrets to success and how they overcame personal challenges.
Speaking at more international events will enable us to share our knowledge at a larger scale. Currently we are in talks towards building an online platform for top leaders to connect and network.
In conclusion, the shift in consumer buying behaviour underscores a profound change in priorities, driven by a desire for holistic solutions and a deeper commitment to health and wellbeing. This evolution is not just a passing trend but a clear message to businesses: adapt or risk losing relevance. Consumers are no longer satisfied with superficial offerings—they demand transparency, authenticity, and products or services that genuinely enhance their lives.
Companies that embrace this change, prioritize their customers’ well-being, and align with these values will not only build trust but also secure long-term loyalty in an increasingly conscious marketplace. As consumers continue to explore alternative avenues, the onus is on businesses to step up and meet these expectations or face being left behind.
