We all cast a shadow; each one is naturally unique. Our shadows are our silent companions - proof of our existence and progress, and an unexplored part of ourselves that holds hidden potential. They are not to be feared but embraced as a source of creative inspiration; a reflection of the light and darkness that coexist within us. If there is light, you can be assured your shadow will be by your side.
A few years ago, my team and I participated in a psychometric process to explore how we worked together. The results were enlightening. For some, who had done it before, time had brought new insights; for others, it was their first real glimpse into how personality and behaviour shape collaboration.
