If you'd told me back in 2005, when we were just getting started, that 20 years later we’d have completed over 300 deals and £400 million worth of commercial property transactions across the UK, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.
Back then, it was all about making it through the next deal. Now? It’s not really about the money anymore.
Of course, we still care about performance. These days, we’re aiming to close 25 transactions a year - around £50–60 million annually - with a team of 30 people. But my real focus now is on building something that lasts. Something meaningful. A growth business that has a legacy.
What really drives me now is working with the team, supporting their development, giving them opportunities, and helping them take ownership. I want everyone here to feel like they’re on a clear path to success. That’s what keeps me showing up every day.
